Red Carpet

The Red Carpet Inn and the trailer park that long-timers simply call "Red Carpet" are the reference points most outsiders know — but day-to-day life here is quieter and more residential than the main road implies. For groceries and errands, most residents pull toward Forest Lawn: No Frills, Lucky Supermarket, and Tiendona Market are all close by, and the Forest Lawn Branch library and Bob Bahan Aquatic & Fitness Centre cover the rest of a regular weekly rotation. The MAX Purple runs through, making downtown and the east end both reachable without a transfer.
