Several bus routes thread through the main corridors, connecting residents to the broader east end without needing a car. Most grocery runs land in Forest Lawn, two kilometres west, where Lucky Supermarket, No Frills, and Tiendona Market sit close enough together that you can do the rounds without moving your car. The Forest Lawn Branch library and Bob Bahan Aquatic & Fitness Centre, both just into Forest Lawn, are close enough that Erin Woods residents tend to treat them as local — the boundary between the two neighbourhoods is more administrative than felt.
