Crestmont

A trail network sits just beyond the neighbourhood's edge — on weekday mornings the access point is already busy, one of those quiet perks that doesn't make it into listings. Crestmont is still building out, and some streets end where the next phase hasn't arrived yet; the houses throughout still look noticeably new. Calaway Park over in Valley Ridge is close enough to be a regular outing rather than a once-a-season event. There's no commercial strip here, so groceries and errands mean a drive — usually along the ring road toward wherever suits you. A few bus routes connect to Bowness and into the city, but daily life is built around a car. That's apparent from the moment you look at a map.
