Seton does most of the practical work for Ricardo Ranch — the Real Canadian Superstore and Save-On-Foods both a short drive away, alongside South Health Campus, the Seton Library, and the Brookfield Residential YMCA at Seton. Most errands, appointments, and workouts pull in that direction, with easy connections continuing toward Cranston and Mahogany when needed. Ricardo Ranch itself is still actively building out — newer homes, wider spacing between them, an open and unhurried feel to the streets. Surrounded by more established southeast communities like Copperfield, Auburn Bay, and McKenzie Lake, it has the proximity to places that have already settled into their rhythms while its own character continues to take shape.
