Mahogany

The lake is the organizing fact here. Mahogany Lake sits at the neighbourhood's centre — a private beach club that residents access with fobs, where summer weekends fill the water with kayaks and the paths with strollers. Around it, the neighbourhood is still growing into itself: fresh phases filling in along the edges, construction giving way to sod, families settling alongside neighbours who've been here since the early builds. Divine Mercy School and Mahogany School handle the school run for most, Sobeys covers the weekly shop, and the southeast BRT runs a direct line to the city centre for commuters who'd rather not drive.
